Products

We sell reliable chargers, cables, and tech accessories for your daily devices.

• Cables: We offer USB-C to USB-C, USB-A to USB-C, and HDMI cables in various lengths and speeds.
• Chargers: Most of our chargers use standard USB-C ports that work with modern smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
• Storage: Yes, we carry SSD enclosures and networking gear to help manage your digital files.

Ordering and Shipping

We offer free standard tracked shipping to every country we deliver to. You can see the full list of supported countries at checkout.

• Processing time: Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. We place the order with our supplier partner, who packs it and hands it to the carrier.
• Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days of the order. Some countries and remote areas may take up to 20 business days.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Please note that tracking can take 2–3 business days to update after dispatch. Signed-in customers can also view their orders under Account > Orders.
• Multiple items: Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.
• Address accuracy: Shoppers must check the shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for parcels sent to a wrong address entered by the shopper.
• Unavailable items: Not every product can be shipped to every country. If an item in your order cannot be delivered to your address, we will tell you within 1 business day and refund that item in full.
• Missing orders: If your order has not arrived after 20 business days from the order date, please contact us. We will re-send it or refund it in full.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. The mandatory consumer protection laws of your country always apply in addition to these policies.

• Change of mind: Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will reply within 1 business day with instructions and the return address (which may be in another country). The shopper pays return postage for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee.
• Non-returnable items: Used or assembled items, items with broken hygiene seals, and personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind.
• Faulty, damaged, or wrong items: Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will refund you in full or send a replacement at no cost to you.
• Refund timing: Refunds go to the original payment method within 3 business days after the return arrives. Your bank or PayPal may take 5–10 business days to show the funds.
• No exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We never see your full card numbers.

• When we charge you: Payment is taken when the order is placed.
• Declined payments: If a payment is declined, try another card or PayPal, or contact us.
• Buy now, pay later: We do not offer services like Afterpay or Klarna.

Taxes and Customs

Prices are shown and charged in your local currency.

• VAT and GST: Where the destination country charges VAT or GST on imports, it is included in the price shown.
• Sales tax: In a few countries (for example, Canada), sales tax is shown and added at checkout.
• Import duties: Elsewhere, any import duties or taxes are set and collected by the destination country on delivery.
