Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Ugreenlab. If you need to return an item or have received a faulty product, this page explains how the process works, who pays for shipping, and when you will receive your refund.

Change of mind returns

You can return most items for a change of mind within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned for change of mind:

• Used or assembled items
• Items with broken hygiene seals
• Personalised items

How to start a return

To request a return, please email us at [email protected]. You must include your order number in the email so we can locate your purchase quickly.

We will reply within 1 business day with specific return instructions and the return address. Please note that our return address may be located in a different country from where you live.

Return postage costs

For change of mind returns, the shopper is responsible for paying the return postage costs. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that your bank or PayPal may take an additional 5-10 business days to show the funds in your account.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

We will either refund you in full or send a replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to pay for return postage for these issues.
